Senior Manager Technical AccountantWe are seeking an exceptional individual to own the research, documentation, and conclusion of technical accounting matters as well as Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. Coordinate, research, prepare and conclude on new disclosures, technical accounting memos, footnotes, and other updates to SEC filings based on new transactions and other management driven changes.The ideal candidate should have 5+ years" experience working for/with SEC registrant companies in a financial reporting or external audit capacity (Big 4 Preferred). • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is requiredPosition Summary: Fully remote work opportunity with a leading provider of outsourced solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers. The position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven background in the consolidation and reporting of a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: ADV). This individual must possess a comprehensive knowledge and experience technical accounting matters and experience in performing technical accounting research and presenting findings to senior management and working with public accounting firms to resolve technical accounting issues. This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Reporting. This person will be expected to drive change and deliver process efficiency in a fast-paced business environment.
