GMR Marketing LLC is the largest Event Marketing Company in the US. We are hired by companies to find the most energetic, outgoing professionals to represent their top brands at exciting events across the country.

We are currently looking for Brand Ambassadors for a Tobacco Client to help execute a program multiple cities.

PROGRAM DATES: 5/26/09 " 12/31/09 - The position requires employees to be available to work events on weekends and holidays. Hours will vary between day and evening schedules.

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY
The primary duty of the Brand Ambassador (BA) is to work with the Senior Brand Ambassador (SBA) and/or Event Manager (EM) to execute scheduled Program Activities at local and regional signed events (bars, fairs, trade shows, sporting events, etc). While at a signed event, the BA will be building brand and company awareness and gain exposure and trial through various promotional activities. The position also requires the BA to regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant information related to their position. The position requires travel on a local, regional, and national level. The BA will also complete all other duties as assigned by the EM, SBA, or GMR Corporate Staff.

All Brand Ambassadors must meet the following requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age or older
• Be able to submit to and pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle report and drug screen
• Have reliable transportation
• Wear required uniform
• Attend all mandatory trainings

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year work experience
• Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Language Ability
• Written and conversational knowledge of the English language/grammar
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Computer Skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including: Windows, Excel, Word, and Email

Math Ability
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations

Work Environment
• Be able to work in atmospheres that may be indoors or outdoors
o Environments may contain wild animals, noxious fumes and extreme weather conditions
• Be able to work program days, nights, weekends, and holidays for extended hours
• Be able to deal with large crowds of people and a variety of stressful and unpredictable situations
• Be able to work in an atmosphere with loud sounds and poor visibility
